Refund Policy

1. General Eligibility

Refund requests for services purchased from FlickCon Software & Instruments must be submitted via the Support Hub within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

2. Exceptions (Non-Refundable)

  • Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, ETH, LTC, etc.) are non-refundable due to market volatility.
  • Dedicated server setup fees and third-party licenses (cPanel, Plesk, Windows).
  • Domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees.
  • Services terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please open a Billing ticket in the Support Hub. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

FlickCon reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of fraud or abuse.
