1. Prohibited Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation.
- Illegally obtained proprietary data or copyrighted materials (Warez, Torrents without license).
- Malware, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt or damage systems.
- Phishing sites or deceptive content designed to harvest personal information.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target.
- Network scanning or unauthorized port auditing.
- Spamming (Unsolicited bulk email) or hosting mail relays for such purposes.
- Crypto-mining without explicit written permission on shared resource plans.
3. Resource Usage
Users must not consume CPU or Network resources in a way that negatively impacts other customers on a shared node (noisy neighbor effect). FlickCon reserves the right to throttle or suspend abnormally intensive sessions.
4. Compliance & Enforcement
We actively monitor for abuse and will take immediate action against accounts found in violation of this policy. Failure to comply can result in permanent termination without refund.
